If you live in the Townsville area or are travelling in the area and you have the misfortune to have a problem with your caravan or RV, there is only one place to go for help and that is The Caravan Hub. The staff there are magnificent. They truly understand the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I recently was travelling through Townsville and lost the hatch off the exhaust fan in the bathroom of my caravan. I called into the Hum and they fitted me in and in no time had replaced the whole unit. The staff were wonderful, the work excellent and the price more than reasonable. Josh, Codi and Mark were the ones I mainly communicated with and they were incredible.We brought the caravan in for a service and some leak fixes and they were clearly experienced and knowledgeable in caravan repairs. They were able to diagnose and trace the leaking back to an impact I had a few months back (there were subtle but visible signs of damage) and then help me with the insurance claims process. I didn't realise I had done damage at the time and so didn't pursue insurance back then.They worked fast and the insurance process was painless thanks to their communication with the insurance company (shout out to Youi for being awesome as well).They then started the work as soon as approval was received and worked hard and fast to get things done before Xmas. They were very understanding of the Airbnb cost for us as we travel full time in our caravan.Updates were regular with photos and they were thorough and patient with explaining the process and what was done (thanks Codi!).We also had other servicing and repairs completed around our suspension and it was pretty extensive. The repairs and servicing were done tidily and the caravan tows much better now.I also want to point out all the work is basically invisible. Pretty much everything looks as it would've coming out of the factory.In general I couldn't recommend them enough, they were truly wonderful to deal with.

Honest. Very trustworthy. Reliable communication and excellent quality of work. We had a massive amount of work done on our van, water damage and structural repairs/rebuild to rear wall and entire roof. These guys raise the bar with their expectations of quality. Photos taken throughout the entire process and discussed beforehand when decisions have to be made. We opted to upgrade a few things i.e. better solar, new split system. Knowing that extra structure is built in where required for things such as panel mounting, awnings etc have us piece of mind, along with the photos. Every now and then you strike a service that does exactly what it says. This place is definitely that. The devil is in the details, the finishing off quality is exceptional. I am a very fussy tradesman and have high expectations. I highly recommend the Townsville repair centre. YOU ARE in good hands.

They said they would fix low pressure on gas grill ,when we got there was told they don't have a qualified gas fitter. Charged us for fixing front window leak , first big rain starts leaking again.They were private jobs paid by me , replacement awning under insurance was done competently. My advice look closely at other repairers.On reflection my 1 star was a fairly harsh critique ,as I've given it more thought now that I've calmed down. Apologies to the owner for any grief I caused you.I've since had a gas fitter look at my grill and it's a major job i.e dismantle oven .Front window is a mystery as it never leaked in 4 wet seasons in Darwin , I'll probably silicon the window shut .

Yes we did have to wait, but it was worth it. The quality of the repairs exceeded the original build that was already of an impressive quality. We had an issue with our Gas Regulator which apparently was a recall as they were a faulty batch made in China, only found out through the Snowy River owners group page, which was disappointing as we assumed the company should have notified us.
Anyway it happened and we were along way from home so needed to find another branch in another State to get it repaired.
We reached out to the Townsville based business who swiftly addressed our problem and it was fixed the following day upon our arrival into Townsville..
