Service, repair, inspection, maintenance, upgrade and other workshop work may be subject to separate service and repair terms, quotations, estimates, repair authorities, job cards or other agreements.

Where separate terms are provided for particular work, those terms apply to that work together with any rights and obligations imposed by law.

6. QUOTATIONS AND ESTIMATES

Website information does not constitute a binding quotation unless expressly identified as such.

The scope or cost of work may change where additional faults, damage or required work become apparent after inspection or commencement of work.

Where additional authorisation is required, we will seek approval in accordance with the applicable service or repair arrangements.

7. PARTS AND COMPONENT AVAILABILITY

Parts and components may be supplied by manufacturers, distributors and other third-party suppliers.

Availability and delivery timeframes may therefore be affected by matters outside our reasonable control. Any timeframe provided is an estimate unless expressly agreed otherwise.

8. WARRANTY REQUESTS

The Caravan Hub may assist with certain manufacturer or supplier warranty requests where applicable.

Warranty assessment and approval may be subject to the requirements, terms and decisions of the relevant manufacturer, supplier or warranty provider.

Where work is requested as warranty work but no warrantable fault is identified, or the relevant warranty provider determines that the work is not covered, reasonable diagnostic, inspection or repair costs may be payable by the customer where properly authorised or otherwise payable under the applicable service or repair agreement.

Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. INSURANCE REPAIRS

The Caravan Hub may provide inspections, quotations, assessments and repair services in connection with insurance claims.

Insurance claim acceptance, repair authorisation and the extent of insurance cover are determined by the relevant insurer in accordance with the applicable insurance policy.

10. PRICING

Prices displayed on this website, if any, are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

The price applicable to specific work will be the price agreed or otherwise payable under the relevant quotation, estimate, repair authority or service agreement.

11. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.
