We have two specialist hoists in our service bay that allow us to safely and thoroughly inspect the underside of your caravan. During a service, we put your van on the hoist so we can check your suspension, chassis, pipework and electrical wiring. If we find a problem, we can show you comfortably and safely by walking you under your van.

We service both single axle and tandem axle caravans.

  • Inspect all clearance lights
  • Full wash & repack of wheel bearings
  • Visual inspection of exposed chassis welds
  • Grease all suspension & hanger points
  • Inspect all suspension brushes for wear
  • Inspect brake shoes for cracks & even wear
  • Inspect electric brake magnets for wear
  • Inspect hub face & edge for wear surfaces
  • Paint outer face of hubs to dress
  • Inspect underfloor for unsealed penetrations
  • Secure loose hanging wires & hoses
  • Lubricate stabiliser legs & jockey wheel
  • Inspect spring packs for alignment & cracks
  • Test emergency brake-away system
  • Adjust handbrake and align brake shoes
  • Inspect tyres for damages, wear & cross rotate

Industry recommends getting your caravan serviced every 12 months or 10,000 kms.
